Hetronic exclusive Multiple-Frequency Sharing H-Link (MFSHL) technology has been developed for automatic frequency management and user configuration of control settings. The Multiple Frequency Sharing (MFS) technology enables up to 20 transmitters to be operated in close proximity while sharing the same frequency. H-Link (HL) is an intuitive and user-friendly hardware and software solution that operates with a PC and H-Link Dongle USB attached. H Link provides customers the ability to change or customize their system settings and parameters at a distance and on the fly.
Hetronic offers a number of its short range transmitters with MFSHL capability including the ERGO MFSHL, ERGO F MFSHL, Pocket MFSHL and the HH MFSHL.
ERGO MFSHL
Hetronic has integrated its Multiple-Frequency Sharing H-Link (MFSHL) technology into the ERGO transmitter line to create the ERGO MFSHL. By matching transmitter to one of our MFSHL receivers, the ERGO has the capability to operate a total of 20 transmitters in close proximity to one another while sharing the same frequency. In addition, the H-Link technology allows users to customize and configure their transmitter settings and parameters from a distance via PC and H-Link dongle.
ERGO F MFSHL
Hetronic has integrated its Multiple-Frequency Sharing H-Link (MFSHL) technology into the ERGO F transmitter to create the ERGO F MFSHL. By matching the transmitter to one of our MFSHL receivers, the ERGO F has the capability to operate a total of 20 transmitters in close proximity to one another while sharing the same frequency. In addition, the H-Link technology allows users to customize and configure their transmitter settings and parameters from a distance via PC and H-Link dongle.
POCKET MFSHL
The Pocket MFSHL transmitter is a compact, IP 65 process control transmitter that is available in six (6) standard configurations with up to eight (8) high reliability push buttons. Three (3) AA batteries provide up to 500 hours of operation. Hetronic’s Multiple-Frequency Sharing H-Link (MFSHL) technology allows up to twenty (20) transmitters to operate in close proximity to each other on the same frequency. By matching one of our MFS receivers (AC or DC) to the Pocket transmitter customers have a range of options for meeting their specific application needs.
Hetronic H-Link technology allows the user to custom configure their transmitter settings and parameters wireless using a PC and the supplied H-Link dongle.
HH MFSHL
HETRONIC Handheld (HH) MFSHL transmitters are designed to operate at 868Mhz or 915Mhz frequencies. Each HH can be used for applications where a limited number of digital functions are required without sacrificing safety or reliability. Integration of Multiple-Frequency Sharing (MFS) technology into the HH transmitter expands its capability to operate up to 20 transmitters in close proximity while sharing the same frequency. This capability allows operators the freedom of not having to manage frequencies and allows operations to become more efficient.
The HH transmitter and a corresponding MFSHL receiver (AC8/16, DC8/16) allows the operator to configure transmitter settings and parameters from a distance using our H-Link dongle inserted into a PC. Any HH configured transmitter, from the 2 x 1, 2 x 2 or 4 x 2 or any other is capable of integrating the MFSHL technology. The “pistol grip” design allows the operator to be within thumbs reach of toggles or membrane switches to operate a wide range of equipment.
With the potential for up to 500 hours of operation, having multiple HH MFSHL units operate in the same proximity to each other and on the same frequency offers a significant upgrade to customer capability and will improve ROI for a very economical price.
